Licensed Nurse
Works directly under the RN’s supervision.
Medical Social Worker
Provides overall support for the patient and family. Assists with financial planning, advance directives, and emotional support.
Certified Home Health Aid
Assists with the patient’s personal care.
Hospice Chaplain
Provides spiritual support to patients and family members.
Volunteers
Offer companionship, respite, emotional support, and help in various ways.
Dietitian
Consulted as needed to improve the patient’s nutritional status.
